The
limestone pulverizing mill featured new technology as below: bevel gear overall drive, inner automatic thin-oil lubricating system and cambered shovel with renewable edge. The limestone is more easily ground than the clinker (which is harder) and becomes concentrated in the finest particles. The limestone particle size distribution of produced to optimum overall fineness in finish grinding mill appears well suited for synergy-driven performance enhancement. The limestone firstly enters crusher to primary crushing, and then grinded by limestone pulverizing mill to further pulverizing. The limestone particles are sent to drying system to dry by blowers. After drying, final limestone particles are collected by collector.
The set of limestone pulverizing and drying system do not need more labour and own high efficiency.
